Smoking during and after pregnancy is associated with adverse infant health outcomes. We will present recent trends in cigarette and marijuana use, and prevalence of e-cigarette use, among Colorado women before, during, and after pregnancy. Disparities in use will be examined along with co-use of other substances, discussions with healthcare providers about tobacco use, and adverse infant health outcomes. Interventions to address prevention and cessation of use around the time of pregnancy will be reviewed.
