Presenters will provide an overview of tobacco control policy work in Aspen and Basalt, particularly through the “trifecta” of tobacco retail licensing (TRL), Tobacco 21 (T21), and increasing tobacco product price.  Presenters will explain the process in each community for passing and implementing TRL and T21; the roles of local, state, and national partners; and special considerations for communities.  An update on the progress of Carbondale’s work with these initiatives will also be provided.
