Matthew helps Jefferson County Public Health articulate and achieve its vision for the future and helps build and sustain a culture of continuous quality improvement. Prior to JCPH, Matthew held multiple positions with Arapahoe County in the Department of Strategy and Performance on a team that facilitated the collaborative development, implementation, and management of an integrated strategy and performance system for the County government, known as Align Arapahoe. Matthew received his MA in Economics from Claremont Graduate University, his BA in Economics and Communications from Graceland University, and briefly worked for a humanitarian non-profit and a private equity company.
